Updates for Mac OS X were automatically downloaded and installed through Software Update. However, in mid-2014, Apple shut down the servers that ran Software Update for versions of Mac OS X prior to Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger. Some time ago, I researched and archived software updates for every version of Mac OS X I could find in order to keep my Mac collection up-to-date. Here’s a list of those updates and some newer ones in case Apple decommissions those servers as well:

Mac OS X 10.0 Cheetah

As Mac OS X 10.0 was quickly replaced by Mac OS X 10.1, I was only able to find these three updates that apply to it:
